Thank you for shopping with LATEGRID Lighting. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing and Dispatch

We review and begin processing orders within 1 business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time, on weekends, or on holidays may begin processing the next business day.

Processing an order does not mean it has shipped.

Our typical dispatch window is 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed, unless a different timeframe is disclosed before purchase. Dispatch means handing your package to the shipping carrier. Carrier transit time is additional.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to every country available at checkout. Available shipping services and charges depend on your delivery address and are displayed at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, email sales@lategrid.com to ask about shipping.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Carrier transit estimates begin when the carrier receives your package. Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Weather, carrier disruptions, and other events may affect transit time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any free-shipping promotion and its eligibility requirements will be displayed before purchase.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we will email a shipping confirmation with tracking details when available.

Tracking information may take time to update after the carrier receives the package. Creating a shipping label does not, by itself, mean the package has shipped.

Dispatch Delays

If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated when you ordered, we will notify you, provide an updated estimate when available, and offer the choice of agreeing to the delay or canceling the affected unshipped items for a full refund.

If we cannot fulfill your order or do not obtain any consent required by law for a delay, we will cancel and promptly refund the affected unshipped items.

No restocking fee applies to these cancellations.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately with your order number and the corrected address. We will confirm whether the change can be made. Address changes may not be possible after shipment.

If a package is returned because of an address issue, we will contact you to discuss the available options and disclose any proposed reshipping charge before proceeding.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

Contact us if your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot be located.

Please include your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged packages, photographs of the packaging and contents can help us investigate.

We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution under our policies and applicable law. You will not be charged a restocking fee for an approved return involving damage on arrival or an item we shipped incorrectly.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will confirm whether your request can be accommodated.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available through this process. Any return will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

For an approved cancellation of unshipped items, we will promptly refund the amounts paid for those items, including applicable taxes and shipping charges attributable to them. No restocking fee applies.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.
